Description:
Within this program, health care professionals work with the park to identify trails and activities that are appropriate for patient care. Health care providers write a prescription that is tailored to their patient’s personal needs. After receiving their prescription, patients use the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore for improving their health and wellness and work with their health care providers to track their progress.
